The AI Security Forum organizers reserve the right to modify this policy as needed to ensure the integrity and security of the event.
General Policy
- Unless otherwise specified, participants are free to use the information received during sessions, but should exercise discretion in sharing sensitive details.
- Participants should respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.
Session-Specific Policies
Recorded Sessions
- Select sessions will be recorded and made publicly available.
- Speakers will be informed in advance and given the option to opt out of recording.
- Recorded sessions will be clearly marked in the event schedule.
Chatham House Rule Sessions
- Some, but not all, sessions will operate under Chatham House Rules.
- Under these rules, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
Policy Communication
- The session specific information sharing policy will be:
- Clearly displayed on slides at the beginning of each session.
- Verbally announced by the session moderator or organizer at the start of each session.
- Included in all participant materials and the event program.
Participant Responsibilities
- Attendees are expected to adhere to the stated policy for each session.
- If unsure about the sharing rules for a particular piece of information, participants should seek clarification from the event organizers.
Policy Enforcement
- Violations of this policy may result in exclusion from future events and other consequences as determined by the organizers.
Information for Journalists
- We expect no journalists at this event. If that changes and some attend, this event is off-the-record: meaning you cannot quote any attendee in public reporting.
